My Unity Journey comes to an End

Hi everyone.

This week, I've received the news that I'm part of the latest RIF along with many folks, ending my presence soon at Unity .

I will be available for a new journey by April 2024. #OpenForWork

Even if that was a short and wild ride, I will never regret to have joined Unity in late 2022 and what I’ve learned and accomplished here.

I am so grateful for the knowledge, mentorship and inspiring people I’ve met along that path. I’m honored to have worked alongside many of you, at the warm and helpful KOR Seoul Office, along with all the folks from APAC, Canada, US and Europe.

I remember all the good moments we’ve shared across this rocky journey.

It was pretty hard sometimes (with many teammates left on the border) but as well really inspiring with the help of the team support, positivity and creativity.

  • Passion for quality and performance,

  • Joy to share knowledge across teams,

  • Set the community and clients at the core of our thinking to refine ideas and solutions for their success,

  • Interesting and various challenges to solve,

  • Inspiring partners/community and co-workers that have made this journey a dream experience,

  • Best in class work environment with the WE Team,

  • - Well it’s impossible to list all …

I’ve enjoyed working on our best in class clients projects as well as with our worldwide teams to develop innovative solutions with loads of creativity and quality in it.

Along with the sides projects that I’ve engaged to deliver internally aside of regular projects, I hope that you’ve enjoyed my services as much as I’m grateful for all you’ve teach to me.

I’m proud of bringing all those extra projects aside of regular one to our teams.

I fully believe that what make Unity best value is the passionate people working in it and I’m confident on the future they’re building.

I will miss all our lunch, break, dinner, events and discussions over the channels about #Art and #Tech, #Games / #Unity packages / #Photogrammetry / #CAD #Automation / #PointClouds / #UVMapping / #Terrains / Ziva / Weta / #Cloud services / #Baking / #DCC #Plugins #Integration and #UNITE2023 events.

❤️Thanks to all the managers that I’ve met along that way, project managers, devs, artists and colleagues as well as the KR Industry Studio Lead for the continuous support, directors and representatives.

While this night dream comes to an end, I'm excited to bring my skills and experience to new projects as the sun rise on a new day of possible.

Let's rock all this and wrap this up in a nice and positive way.

You all will miss me a lot.

We’ll keep in touch for new adventures #InItTogether.

Ps:

Please understand that I simply can’t make a list of people that I’ve enjoyed working with.

I will take time to reply to you in the comments, as you all shaped that experience.
